Directions: Shake well before use. Spray 3 times (10 mg CBD) under your tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes before swallowing. Wait 30 minutes to feel the effect. Increase to a maximum of 6 sprays (20 mg CBD) if necessary. The maximum recommended daily dose is 20 mg CBD 600mg: 1 spray = 3.2 mg CBD
